Responsibilities:

• Shall assist Head – HR in implementation of Policies, system and procedures

Requirements:

• Must be thorough in labour laws
• Must have handled payroll of larger manufacturing sector
• Must have knowledge on submission of periodical statutory returns
• Must have thorough knowledge on IR issues including conducting of domestic enquiry
• Knowledge on PF and ESI and rules in vogue
• Must have excellent knowledge on MS office
• Self motivated, willing to take responsibilities
• Knowledge on ISO activities
